  The ability for the company to use customer service that is in the country and understand contracts instead of just say ok well not sure what to do because we lied about pricing and changed contracted amount. Horrible customer service on phone. Delivery driver was wonderful he was a local person. Started out at 100.00 and they jacked it up to 300 a month with no new contract.

  Wayne J from the Saco, Maine location was the consummate professional driver. Communication was spot on. Wayne was extremely careful with our possessions and sensitive to our requests. People like Wayne, who are on your front lines and face to face with customers are your company’s most important asset. Hang on to this guy. He’s one of the best.

  The driver Wayne J was super awesome! Was able to pivot when I asked him to turn the POD around so that the opening was facing my door. He was very pleasant and friendly. Very professional!
