I rented a trailed from this Uhaul on 2/22. It was busy, but there were multiple people working behind the counter. The trailer was clean, lights worked, and they cleaned the snow off the trailer and connected it to my vehicle quickly. The customer service person I worked with was friendly and polite. All in a good UHaul experience.

Unlike most, I had a decent experience renting a Truck from this location. The man that assisted me wasn’t giving his best customer service character, he was just dry going through the computer without explaining anything. I rented a small box truck and was done within two hours, went to return it. Same guy didn’t really explain the charges and everything, I had to ask for clarity. Other than that, my truck was awesome; clean and the air conditioning worked perfectly well. I had a great time with it, I recommend this place.

I always have a great experience at U-Haul in Saco, Maine! The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful every time I visit. I buy all my propane here, and their service is quick and efficient. Highly recommend for anyone in the area!

Made a reservation ahead of time and filled in all the drivers license info, but when I arrived it made me do it again then wait several minutes for approval. Then the truck it said I should take was not in the lot so I had to get into a very long line to talk to someone. Mobile pickup has never worked here in my life experience.

I’m a carrier and just traveled a thousand miles to deliver here. Not Uboxes. Signs in crates. Upon arrival on Saturday November 1st 2025, a bald headed guy was working and told me “just leave it on the dock.” I said, sir, it’s long crates, you don’t have a fork lift? He said, “yea I do, but I’m the only one working and can’t help you.” I backed to the dock and knew it was going to be a long wait if I didn’t figure it out, so after traveling all that distance and already being dog tired, I put my thoughts together on how to safely unload 5 huge crates, alone. Luckily, I had some furniture Doll…
