My wife originally scheduled movers with JC Moving for Saturday, June 20th, but no one showed up. After multiple phone calls and voicemails throughout the day and my wife’s bad review we finally received a called around 5:00 PM to apologize. While we appreciate the apology, by that point had already been forced to hire another moving company and put down a deposit to avoid delaying our move. The owner offered to reimburse the deposit if my wife removed her review, but unfortunately that does not make up for the stress and inconvenience this caused. We hired JC Moving to load our U-Pack Trailer. They sent 2 men to load the trailer. The loaded and locked up the trailer for us. When the trailer arrived everything had fallen over and done several thousand dollars in damage. The owner offered us $500 to settle and we said no. I would highly recommend you not using this company.

This is my 2nd move with JC. They are reliable, efficient and friendly. They took extra care to protect hardwood floors and painted door frames, and solved a hardware problem with the bed frame. I recommend highly.

Great customer service setting up the move. Great pricing. Arrived on time and cannot believe the speed and efficiency. Great guys. Highly recommend. Could not be happier. Will use again.

Great service. I hired them to help load my truck. They did it in timely fashion and packed everything tightly. Recommend!
