  They don’t bother to plow the facility properly. They go down the rows and push everything towards the storage doors and leave it like that for days. It freezes over and ice builds up the door tracks making it very difficult to open and close the doors of the units. I’ve spent way too much time chipping away ice just to get the door to latch properly. On top of that they are too cheap to install any lighting in or more importantly around the units.   We currently have an extra large unit with doors accessible from both sides of the unit, which makes it easy to access and store all of our belongings while our house is being renovated. Our experience has been that the company is very professional, easy to get storage, multiple options for types/size of storage units. I initially was concerned about access during the winter and water getting into the units, however, none of that has been an issue or problem for us.   Except for the prices keep going up I have no problems with this storage business. No problems with water or mice in the last few years I've had it and staff is very kind. I recommend All Purpose Storage if you can afford it.

  No lights outside for later in the evening when putting stuff in storage. No fence around the property. Unit floor gets wet when it rains. But the price for the size of the unit we have, which is huge, is great. We only need for a few months and everything we have is mostly stored in contractor bags, so anything potentially getting wet is protected. Overall the size and price make it a great unit.

  Place is clean and looks well kept. Had a great experience with them last time 5 years ago. My only concern is driving into the facility the road is rough.
