This location will rip you off! The manager argues and screams at you and tells you she’s right you’re wrong even the proof! I wanted a u haul for 2 days the guy said get it for 3 and if it’s not used you’ll get the money back. I did the after hour drop off and checked it in. She said they didn’t check it in until 7am so I was charged the extra day. No clue what the extra $20 fee was. Stay away from this location. The manager is corrupt and rotten. After speaking with customer service the mean manager corrected her mistake but made a note she will not be speaking anymore on this matter. It’s…

Will never return to this Uhaul, as soon as I stepped foot in the door the lady behind the counter started barking and yelling at me and was extremely rude and unprofessional. I dont think I have experienced such disrespect for no reason at all before. There was another gentleman there that was very nice though.

Annoying, but fine, things happen. The second appointment is where everything went off the rails. Again, we dropped the Jeep off the night before. Again, we were told it would…

The left front tire was seriously under inflated. Not noticed until arriving home with the loaded trailer, after just traveling 30 miles with the loaded trailer. Informed the counter representative upon the trailer return.
