Open arrival it was bad then only got worse. All State Movering didn't bring any helpers to load so we had to help the Forman load our stuff after paying them 16k for them to do the move, then the truck driver couldn't back his 18 wheeler so they had to send him on and call a different driver, so we had to wait for 2 hours for a different truck, then we still had to load the truck All State finally got 2 guys to help load but not enough for the job. This is a SCAM moving company. They do an over phone estimate which is friendly and nice. On day of delivery the crew who shows up is a third party (usually Russian or Ukrainian). This crew then initiates the scam by stating you didn't disclose certain items and its going to cost way more money now to move you. This is also the part they disclose they need payment in the form of cash or cashiers check half now and half later only (Another red flag). This i the part were customer service goes out the window. Moved from NJ to DC. They were very professional and took good care of our items. They delivered my items the same day as they promised they would. I want to give a special shoutout to our moving foreman Khurshed. We had an issue with the service elevator and lot of my items including a crucial piece to re-assemble my bed was stuck in the elevator for 2 hours. Khurshed let all the other team members leave for their next assignments and stayed back for more than 2 hours until the elevator was running again. He made sure he assembled the bed before he left. I will NEVER recommend this mover. They damaged our stuff. I had insurance but after months' worth of battle they paid me $163 for items worth $1800. I was told about the damage by their own delivery movers. They are BIG time scam. They quoted me wrong amount over the phone and the day of pick up they came up with completely a different and thousands of dollars more. I am reporting them to BBB too for doing insurance fraud.

The moving crew that helped me move was awesome! I couldn't have had a better team than who Allstate sent over. The guys were hard working, friendly, and took care of my stuff. I would hire them back 10 out of 10 times.
