It was such an easy process to secure a storage unit and move items into it same-day! I got an 5’x10’ unit. All the ac was info you need is sent in an email. There is a handy app that allows you remote gate and building access. The facility is climate controlled and very clean. The office staff were super friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

My experience at CubeSmart Frederick was short, sweet, and to the point. The facility itself is really nice. Very clean and secure. Anna was great. She explained the ins and outs and gave me a quick tour, answering allllll my questions along the way. The pricing is fair and any associated charges were explained beforehand. I'd for sure recommend this business to anyone who needs storage for a little while or for the long term.

Anna was top notch in ensuring we had just what we needed. Starting several weeks ago when we were unsure of our official “move in” date she was helpful and followed up as needed. On our move in date she was happy to answer all my questions and last minute switch us to the larger unit we needed and made sure all our needs were met and that our process of moving was as painless as a move can be. Dear Sirs/Madam, I just spent several days calling and reviewing storage facilities in Frederick and came across CubeSmart located at 811 East South Street. I was met by Anna who was extremely engaging, knowledgeable and professional. She helped me decide to rent a space there that fit my needs. This location is clean, safe and like a fortress.
