  I had an amazing experience with Kevin and his team! They were incredibly efficient, well organized, and handled everything with so much care. The team was also genuinely kind and pleasant to work with, which made the whole moving process so much less stressful. They arrived on time, worked quickly, and made sure everything was placed exactly where I wanted it. If you’re looking for movers who are professional, reliable, and super nice, I highly recommend them!

I had a very complicated situation that involved several unexpected complex moving parts which ended up taking 22 months before I finally settled into my new residence in April 2026.   EDIT: My daughter’s bed kept squeaking since we moved. Turns out they used the wrong screws and did not install her bed back together properly and now the holes are stripped and her entire bed is broken. This takes my rating down to two stars. I understand that time wasn’t ideal but to half-hazardly put together furniture without ensuring it’s done right for the sake of being quick isn’t fair.   Kevin and his team of movers gave us the best service anyone could ask for. They made the moving process completely easy, the quote was on point, and if/when we move again…. As long as he is still around and running the show- we will be a loyal customer. You get what you pay for…. And everyone we told about it, told us that was a GREAT DEAL!!!!   Kevin and his crew of movers are awesome to work with! Arrived on time, had everything disassembled and packed quickly but took care of our items. At our new house they reassembled everything. They are the only thing this has gone right with our move! I was very nervous about hiring a moving company bc of the horror stories online. They DO NOT APPLY to Heart 2 Heart! 10/10 recommend.
