  I cannot say enough amazing things about Dave, Chris, and Nick! They moved us in today, and when I tell you I’m still in disbelief — we had two hours blocked off for the move, and these men had our entire two-bedroom, two-bath home unloaded and placed perfectly in under 30 minutes. Yes… 30 minutes! Their teamwork was flawless. Every single item went into the exact room it belonged in without me having to point or follow behind them.   This company was on time, responsive , had back up sent to get it done efficiently, the lead man David was on point to making sure our move went smoothly , was very professional, they didn't make any holes in new or old home , uninstalled beds and reinstalled them properly in new home and the price was reasonable. I will tell my family and friends about David and this company, David is a great asset to your company , because of him and your team i would give 10 Stars if I could, thank you so much for rescheduling our move and making it happen!

  1) At least 2 of the 3 movers smelled of Marijuana (as a former smoker, the smell is unmistakable). 2) An entire mattress and trundle never made it to the new location. When the movers, and owner, were called an questioned, their responses were "It's not in our truck". No offer to retrace steps or the like. Instead, the mattress and trundle were discovered in the lobby, near the elevators, on a dolly, at the old location. The owner sent movers to retrieve it yesterday morning; yeah, it was left overnight. No apology was offered. 3) In a bin labeled "Glassware. Fragile", items were damaged. U…

  Read contract carefully! I swear I asked what the minimum hours would be and the dude said 3 hours and quoted me 5h 45m. The move went well and finished in 3 hours and At the end of the move they charged me the full 5h 45m. I was told to hash it out with the company. I texted, called 3 times and left a message with my concerns. Ghosted. I read the contract and saw that it said “Quote: 5hr 45m, *minimum time: 5h 45m” so that means it’s the full 1200$ no matter what. Possibly more had it gone over. My fault for not reading the carefully but that’s still a cruddy business practice. Lesson le…

  I received excellent service from my first call with the office Representative till the moment Barry and Gene walked out of my condominium. I really appreciated the phone calls to let me know when they would arrive and what I should expect. I had a 10x10 storage unit. The estimate for the move was exactly as quoted! They are so respectful of your property and attentive to your needs. I was very pleased with how they offered excellent suggestions when I felt overwhelmed. I would hire them again without question!
