I was recently given some furniture (this past Saturday) and I needed a storage unit. I chose this place due to the promo, and the fact that I could rent, and access, the unit after hours. It could all be done online, if the office was closed. I went through the entire process 3 times. I'd get to the end and submit payment, then I would get a message saying the unit had been rented already. So I would have to start all over, and put all my information in again. After going through this twice, I told myself "One more try, and if it's doesn't work, I'm done. Well, the third time it went through.…

I’ve had my unit 6 years now and the staff is always great to work with. Recently, my unit was broken into. The team notified me and the police immediately and re-secured all of my belongings in another unit. Thank you!

I rented my 10 x 15 climate controlled unit for $169/mo. Without explanation, they raised my rent an additional $115/mo. Nope. I found a comparable unit that is actually way better for $165/mo. 0 out of 10. Do not recommend. Update: Salisbury Storage Warehouse responded to my post and asked me to email them directly so that they could remedy the situation. I did email them and they never responded to me. That only tells me that they had no intention on making anything right. They just wanted to try and make it appear as if they gave an f. They don’t. 0 stars.

Rent keeps fluctuating. Gave us the wrong storage unit number and ended up cutting our lock without notice and got nasty with us because of their mistake.
