I had accidentally made 2 payments using the Storage Sense website because of the web page refreshing. I called and spoke to Trish and she took care of the issue promptly! She was very nice and had my payment refunded immediately. I felt relieved after it was all over! 😊

Very pleasant and professional experience. The new owners/management have really worked hard at making it a better business than previously. I have rented equipment multiple times over the past years, and this experience was much better than all previous ones. Just stepping inside, it was instantly noticeable how much cleaner and more organized everything was. It now looks like someone actually cares how the business is presented to the customer.
