  From the moment I called to the moment the movers finished I couldn't be happier. My experience with MacDonald Moving was phenomenal. Kind, polite, courteous, professional, responsive to my emails and calls, and safe with all my belongings. I will definitely be using them again..

  Very satisfied with the job they did today for my parents--moved extremely heavy items out of the home--including a piano, which took the strength of 4 men. Doors had to be removed to get the items out and everything was put back on properly. They still charged the quoted price even though they did a tremendous amount of work that could have led to more fees. We would definitely recommend this company to others.

  The sales rep was great at selling, but when the movers came the chief was rude, didn’t bring the items they were supposed to and was irritated with us about it. Refused to load all items into the truck. I reached out to the rep who said they’d provide some compensation but the owner did not provide it or any resolution, or even response with my further emails. We had to rent another moving truck and get the rest of our stuff. It cost us $4,000 to move with them and still had to rent another truck.
