I have been going to this U-Haul for a while I was looking for a box I couldn’t figure it out. So I saw this employee with long dead mopping the floor so I ask him for what I was looking for he told me the display was over there use your eyes and figure it out walked away this guy has no ideas about customer service I could of been legally blind I could of have a disability not only that he handed me the box and violently hit my hands with it almost looks like he hate what he does for living U-Haul need to get together offer proper training to these people. 2nd time here this week. 1st time it was a 10min wait to get ringed up for a box. 2nd time around Harryon he said his name was. Yea he was too busy on his phone and he also couldn’t ring me up. He was called by a staff who works there but is not able to ring ppl up. When I walk up to Harryon he was just sitting on his phone and unable to ring me up said I had to wait until he was done I guess using his phone because that’s what he was doing. I don’t understand why even clock into work if your unhappy to be there and unwilling do what your getting paid to do.

My son was moving into college on the busiest day of the year. I made my reservation two months in advance and when I got there, my truck was not available for me. U-Haul did not reimburse me for my troubles and I do not recommend them because they do not stand behind their work.
