I previously moved from Atlanta to Orlando and decided to utilize U-Pack again for my move to Medford. While it is expensive, not having to drive a U-Haul for 22 hours during a snowstorm was very much worth the cost. Delivery drivers were very kind and did there best to accommodate my requests. Customer service is knowledgeable and quick. I have nothing but great things to say about this company, would certainly use again! Make sure you use ratchet straps folks and your stuff will certainly arrive in one piece

I've used ABF U-Pack trailers four times over 20 years for long-distance moves and they've always been great. Their prices are always much more affordable than full-service movers and I love that they can guarantee a delivery date. Just make sure you hire moving labor who really knows how to pack a truck well - because it's a freight trailer, it's a rough ride, so if your stuff isn't loaded into the truck efficiently, it could get damaged. The only time I've had an issue with this was when the moving labor was inexperienced.

This was my first cross country move as an adult, and I was very nervous about having to possibly hitch my car to a uhaul and drive it through mountains, moving from FL to MA. So when I found out about pods and services like then I was very interested. UPack had some of the best reviews of the industry, and were definitely cheaper than services like PODS (3.5k vs 2k.) Super easy to book, very responsive, and came right when I needed them. My only complaint was that it rained the day before they dropped off, and there was some water damage to one of my boxes pressed right up to the doors. So k…

U-pack was a great moving experience. I have moved long distances multiple times and this was definitely one of the smoothest moves. They were easy to communicate with. The pod was clean. My things arrived in good shape. I loaded and unloaded at the Terminals and found the process to be easy and MUCH cheaper than having them deliver the pod to my addresses.

Had the Best experience with U-Pack. Moved from GA to Boston. Text and emails came through during the trip. I also could check on it through the dashboard link. Everyone was helpful, even when I called and had a problem on my end for delivery at my drop. They helped accommodate me. AWESOME!! Very fast delivery! I would recommend. Thank you ALL!!!!
