  I just had Gentle Giant move our 2-bedroom apartment (plus full basement storage) and I honestly can’t say enough good things about them. They handled the entire packing and moving process from start to finish, and the whole crew was absolutely phenomenal — extremely professional, on time, careful, and detail-oriented. I was able to leave the apartment completely and they packed up every single thing, labeled everything perfectly, and even closed up the place for me.   The movers that Gentle Giant provided, Adam, Cristain, and Lulu were very careful, gentle, and professional while moving my furniture to my new apartment. They were very organized, meticulous, and extremely competent. I am very happy with the cost and I will definitely use them again if I need to move. I highly recommend them.

  Gentle Giant was absolutely great with my cross-country move! The office staff was incredibly communicative and checked in multiple times before the moving date to make sure I had everything I needed. The movers were also incredibly kind and courteous. They packed my belongings with care and efficiency, and nothing was damaged in transit. All of my stuff arrived way sooner than I had expected (it took only 8 days to go from MA to WA), and the unloading crew was just as great as the packing crew! If I ever need to move across the country again, I will definitely use Gentle Giant!

  I was very impressed with their commitment to move my things down south from New England, during an ice storm. I was certain they would reschedule but they did not. Only a day late, they managed to unload my things and get it into the storage unit on ground that was completely covered in ice. The city was practically shut down with untreated streets and they kept things moving. Adrian and Jordan were very polite, professional, and communicative throughout. I highly recommend these two movers!!!!

  We hired Gentle Giant for a multi move process. And so the first part we had Shane, Oryan and Andrew. They were great. Moved quickly and cautiously and also went above and beyond helping me move some other items to a dumpster. We still have another move to happen and I hope to have the same crew.
