DO NOT PURCHASE INSURANCE. We had a 3 part move which involved many antiques. One of these was a 200+ year old grandfather clock which Mike, the owner, witnessed was running in perfect order. I was assured on this visit that moving and storing this would be no problem. "We do it all the time". Once moved to our house we discovered the clock had significant damage from the moving and/or storage. I asked to submit a claim on insurance. Several emails and calls to check on status of the claim, I received an angry call from Mike who repeatedly insisted this hadn't happened before. When I couldn't…

Several people recommended 3E to me, so I hired them for a recent local move. Their good reputation is well deserved! The four man crew was efficient, friendly, and most importantly, so careful! They took great care of our belongings and our home. They used protective runners and pads, and took their time setting up furniture so that they didn’t damage our historic soft pine floors. We were so impressed!

For a recent move from NH to MA, the mover I was working with in NH was unable to accommodate the time period we were looking for. I booked 3E out of some desperation at the last moment. It appears I really lucked out finding them. Instead of a 2-day move proposed by the other mover, they were able to provide 1-day move with 2 trucks and 4 people to load. And then they were able to allocate 2 additional people for unload and place everything properly, saving even more time. Just completed a whole house + storage unit (including a full-size upright piano) move today. 3E was there promptly (a bit early in fact!) and their movers did an amazing job. We had labeled ~1/3 of the items for the end room they needed to go to and the team checked with us on almost every item, even the ones we hadn't labeled, and put things where we needed them. The team was amazingly smooth and fast. In the end I sat down with the foreman who presented the actual time and cost which ended up being well below the estimate I had signed up for.
