DONT USE. This place has 4.9 stars, so you would expect a good experience. We showed up 20 minutes ago after booking a same day rental. Even tho the hours are 9-5, there is nobody in the office and nobody is answering the phone. We can’t even access our unit and we have a U-Haul truck. Horrible and inconvenient. Go somewhere else!!!!!!!

I came in person to the office (without calling ahead) and was helped by Frank. I needed a small unit and explained my situation to him. He was extremely helpful and showed me a couple options so that I could compare the sizes to choose what was best for me. I was all set up with a lock and key within maybe a half hour or so. He answered all of my questions and gave me the information I needed. Very accommodating and friendly as well. The unit is fairly priced and I am very satisfied with my experience here.
