  I had a great experience at this location! The facility is very well kept, which made me feel comfortable right away. Everything from the paperwork to finding my unit went incredibly smoothly thanks to how well run the place is. Definitely the most stress free storage experience I’ve had in New Bedford!

  The reservation process was quick and easy, I completed everything online and was able to get into my unit the very next day with no issues. The unit was clean and seems very safe. Derek was extremely helpful when it came to a delay in signing the lease. So far so good!

  On day 1 of obtaining my storage unit, I was welcomed by a dead mouse & its feces throughout the entire floor of my unit. I addressed this issue with the front desk, who shrugged it off & took zero action to resolve my complaint. They said “every storage facility has this problem”. I left my unit empty, in fear of my personal belongings being destroyed. Cancelled after a couple months…
