  My storage unit is clean, climate controlled and easy to access. Office staff are very nice and helpful. My only issue is I wish I could sign out/borrow a cart on Sundays but because the office is closed they are not available.

  Bob is very helpful, thorough and knowledgeable regarding the account set-up, various sizes of lockers, and the building in general. Also, very much enjoyed the friendly conversation as he added another locker to our account. There's about a dozen parking spots outside the gate and several more behind the gate. Very easy to access the facility which has two elevators. The indoor lighted garage is a HUGE bonus, especially in the frigid winter, pouring down rain, blazing hot summer days, wind, and nighttime visits... Many thanks, Bob!!!

  Horrible service no one was around in the office yesterday till I ran into a horrible female employee was very rude and reeked of poor hygiene I brought up the fact the property was dirty trash everywhere in parking garage and around property and even got stuck near exit area said access denied even tho I was paid up they refused to let me out until I had to call police I was being held hostage I’m completely appalled by the experience there i already moved out and will no long rent here and this place is infested with rats found droppings everywhere in my unit and it’s not covered by their in…

  Place was wonderful right up until the point we found out there was not a single cart to be had. So disappointing. They should let potential renters know they are on their own as far as getting items to the unit. If I had known I most likely would have rented elsewhere.
