  I have two storage units with prime storage and I have been nothing but extremely impressed with the cleanliness of their facilities and the top priority they take in serving their customers and all of our needs! The 15 hours a day, 7 days a week of access hours has been extremely helpful with the amount of access I have needed to my units and not to mention the customer service is top notch!   Susan provided excellent service from start to finish. She was friendly, helpful, and very knowledgeable, taking the time to answer all of our questions. She even gave us a tour of the facility, which we really appreciated. The entire storage facility was very clean and well maintained. Overall, it was a great experience and I would definitely recommend this location! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

  I originally rented a unit here because the pricing seemed like a great deal. Unfortunately, my experience hasn't been the best. I had a rodent issue in one of my units, which was disappointing and raised concerns about the property's maintenance and pest control. Hoping for a better experience, I rented a second unit, but after only two months, the rent had already increased. The low introductory rates are appealing, but they seem to be very short-lived, and the price hikes come quickly.   I've had Nothing but the Best Customer service! Shout out to Gordie who was kind and friendly and I appreciated his help. Big storage or small they have a variety of clean, temperature controlled, safe Storage!

  Susan was super helpful in closing out my unit. For the time I used prime storage I didn't have 1 issue. They were very transparent up front about the fee schedules . When it was time to cancel it was super easy . 5 stars Susan!
