  I loved everything about this storage experience! Right off the bat they offered up first month free! The staff are very helpful and professional! I even had them install a trailer hitch on my jeep! Thanks again. I have zero complaints with this store and only good things to say! The place was always clean. There were plenty of carts the indoor drop off and loading area is great! The monthly price was fairly reasonable, the location is very nice. And the truck fleet is serviced regularly as well. Job well done North end of New Bedford UHALL!

  We rented a uhaul trailer yesterday and what good service we had. We initially thought we needed it for 3 days, but got the work done in 1 day! They refunded our money for the days we ended up not needing it. Easy to hook up and tow. No back up camera so be careful when you have it. Use a block of wood in front of the tires for extra safety. The tires were new. No complaints! We have always been happy with u haul! They have a new center on church street with plenty of choices for what you might need! Drive slow! 55 is the max speed towing ! The ball for towing we needed was a 3 I believe !

  This was such a nice location! Very clean and well run. The guy who helped us was very friendly and willing to go above and beyond. The check out and return were both quick and easy. This was a great experience.

  The staff were helpful and friendly. Picking up the van was easy, and returning it was just as smooth. I was even able to leave my car there during the rental, which made the whole experience much more convenient.
