  I like that I got assistance from a worker. As a first time U-haul renter getting the in-person help was vital. I'm not looking forward to when the whole process will be done through the app. I didn't like that rental costs are by rental period rather than the promoted 24-hour rate. I could have been charged double. Everyone should choose to rent per 24-hours.

  I didn't have any issues what so ever. The truck was very clean, it ran smoothly. U-Haul let's you inspect the truck it self before you leave with it, they let you take pictures if there is already damaged areas to the van or truck so you don't be held responsible for anything that is not your fault. I over all didn't have an issue with the truck I rented, the only thing that i didn't like which I should of ask them was there wasn't a ramp on the truck to wheel up heavily items but i should of asked if they had a truck with a ramp so that is my fault..   For Luis J I recently picked up a U-Haul truck and car dolly for a long drive from Fairhaven, MA to Norfolk, VA, and Luis J made the experience so much easier! He was super helpful and knowledgeable, taking the time to ensure I felt safe as a first-time U-Haul car hauling truck driver. Luis J genuinely cared about my safety, and it showed. His customer service was top-notch, making the pick-up process a breeze.   After dealing with a cancelled tow installation at a very unprofessional uhaul location, picking up parts 45 minutes away and speaking to at least 6 other reps..I came to New Bedford. I FINALLY found someone whom knows what he’s doing..Rob!! Rob is very professional, kind and courteous! On a Friday; at 6pm, he was able to install my tow hitch and saved us from potentially having to throw away all of our possessions. Thank you, Rob, for your great work and professionalism. I hope your company knows you are one of select few whom they should value!

  Had a trailer hitch put on my 2019 VW All Track today (for our bikes) by Rob. Brittney greeted me when I arrived early and assured me that Rob could manage any hitch. She was right. Rob arrived 10 minutes before my 11:00 appointment and assured me that he done many like the All-Track, and took the car in. He worked steadily for about 2 hours and gladly put the bike rack on when I asked. While I waited, Britteny was training two new hires at the computers, having each trainee wait on different customers. I was impressed with how supportive and patient she was with them.
