  Over this weekend, I engaged the Move and Improve services for the fourth time for my move to Boston. I have the best experience for all my moves with Alex and his crew. I moved 4 times in the last 7 years and I knew that the move will be smoothly handled by them. All my furniture and decorative items are very expensive including a large mirror (8 ft x 6 ft), a 85 inch TV, a 250 lbs media table, a 10 ft (170 lbs) sofa, a heavy king bed frame etc Not only these items were delivered without a single scratch, they were also placed in factotum where I wanted in my new condominium.   Relocating with Move and Improve was absolutely seamless. The communication was excellent throughout. I initially had to reschedule and they accommodated without hesitation. The quote we received was consistent with the final price. The team was prompt, professional, and very efficient. We will certainly use Move and Improve again in the future.

  Could not have asked for more. I had to move a very delicate, heavy, Italian glass desk that was also gigantic and impossible to take apart (the only way to get the monster through narrow passageways in my condo); a challenge to say the least on multiple fronts. Alex and his team worked carefully, intelligently, and patiently to figure out the best approach that had flummoxed other movers. Of course they were successful, and said desk is now happily assembled in its new home. All of this was accomplished at a reasonable price...I would never hesitate to hire this team again. What a relief…

  Definitely recommend. Timing was great and the work was efficient. They assembled furniture that we had ordered that hadn't been opened yet and disassembled and reassembled our beds and other big furniture. Everything was handled with care and nothing broke. Not too pricey and super easy to work with.
