  I’ve had a storage unit at Go Store It in Quincy, MA for about a month now, and so far I’ve had a great experience. I started with a smaller unit, but after a few weeks I needed more space. I contacted the office, and they were able to switch me to a larger unit over the phone. When I arrived, I simply picked up the keys and had access to the new unit right away. The facility is clean, the staff responds to messages in a timely manner, and the entire process has been smooth and hassle-free. I’ve only been here a month, but I love it so far and hope it stays that way.

  I don’t write reviews but had to make this public Rate went from 185 to 260 to 425 despite multiple discussions with the company over a matter of 6 months. Complete scam. Three dead mice in the unit upon cleaning out. Furniture was ruined by rodents and books chewed through. Elevator wouldn’t work no one is ever in the office. Stairwells filled with trash and cigarettes scattered across the floors. If they didn’t raise my rate 130% while I was using the unit I might have let the conditions slide but these people know what they’re doing. You’re better off paying someone for a wet basement w…

  We moved out of Go Store It two weeks ago and it was a disaster. Infested with mice droppings all over our unit. There was a mouse nest under one of our bookshelves and EVERYTHING in the unit smelled rancid including furniture and clothes. I tried calling the customer service line in India, no one cared or would do anything. We paid thousands of dollars and endured huge price increases 4 times over two years for a highly unacceptable product. The facility smells like rodents. No one is ever at the front desk.   I came in today and was greeted by one of your employees. Greg was VERY helpful with my move-in as I had never been to your facility and the original unit I selected was too small. He was very knowledgeable and assisted me with an upgrade. The transaction was seamless and effortless. I would recommend your facility to others. Thank you,

  DO NOT RENT HERE! They increased rent 2 times in calendar year 2025 ($290 > $400 > $782). When you need assistance, The whole business is run on a AI voice assistant, that will either rent you a unit, help you pay, or have someone call you back (they don’t). Why would you need help? Because the unit doors/motor doesn’t work so you get locked out, or your unit has dead rodents and your personal items are covered in mouse droppings, or you have questions on why your rent went up 2-3x. I just got charged $953, waiting for the manager to call me since October. Moved out, turned in key, just wait…
