The mover Jordan was a no show. He confirmed three times and did not show up at the time we agreed on. When I called him, he said he had to pick up another mover and proceeded to tell me he's an hour away so he will have to charge me the travel fee. This is after we already agreed on the price. When I brought up the issue to the owner, Lindsay, he wanted sympathy from me rather than offering a solution or compensation. It ruined my road trip and I had to give up my hotel reservation because it took me 6 hours to do everything myself. If you do go with this company, be careful if you're booked…

Jose and Pete were incredibly helpful. They arrived to a very difficult couch moving job on time, were thoughtful about checking in about their progress along the way, and used creative problem solving to finish a job that other movers might have abandoned as impossible. Jose stayed after the job was completed to make sure he left our house clean. Jose was also very friendly and easygoing. The services were affordable compared to our other options. I would definitely hire these guys again, and I will recommend them to any friends who need great movers!

I moved to a different state from MA using this company. Lyndsay was great in coordinating the date of move to make sure everything goes smoothly. However, 2 guys who moved my furniture damaged a lot of them, lots of scratches everywhere. The furniture is expensive and this damage is not repairable at this point. I am not satisfied with the way the move was handled. This is unacceptable.

Such a great Guy and good company to move your stuff …Jordan made sure all my things were arranged nicely,I was so impressed.and the price is very affordable as well, he makes sure ur satisfaction is the key.. and he’s workers are very helpful and great as well.. These guys know their stuff and the lingo. Watched them care for my prized possessions like they were their own. They barely took breaks working through a rain storm to get things done. Nothing phased them.
