Just drove up to get some stuff out of storage after being away a while. I'm paying for access controlled, climate controlled storage, but the main gate was wide open, and the main doors were wide open and I just drove right in without entering a code. Asked the guys at the front desk what the deal was, they said they were both broken and shrugged. No communication from them that this had happened, meanwhile they keep jacking up my monthly rate. If you value safety and security, best look elsewhere.

If you are looking for a storage unit please look somewhere else. One of the worst storage places around. They will auction off your items without no notification, no phone call, nothing. And they continue to raise the prices month after month.. Their a corporate business. So, do not give them any business! Plenty other storage places that think about the customer first.

The staff came to my rescue. I can now keep the little that I have in tact. Their prices are REASONABLE! Check them out!

Eric And Felicia were outstanding! The customer service was unbeatable with any storage facility that I’ve encountered thus far. They allowed me to view the unit (which was perfect for its intended purpose) and did everything with a smile and great attitude! 5 stars all around!
