As we're exploring the company to use, we called two men in the truck and spoke with Hannah in the office. Such a great experience with them. Excited for them to do our move.

The move went perfectly! Nate and Josh arrived early and got the move done very quickly and with professionalism. My furniture was also handled with care. I would use them again!

e 1st half of my move went fairly well. One of the 3 movers though made a point to tell me his “ back was bad today” upon arrival. So, why was he working/risking further injury, etc?? 2nd half things fell apart. There was damage done to furniture and walls, the 3 were arguing in front of me and, they just weren’t working well as a team. Office reply to damage a day later has been “ok” to date but waiting for someone to come see the damage and hopefully schedule some repairs

Jefferson and his team was very professional and quick to move all our items. There was one super heavy and old TV console that they expertly moved from the second flo…

If every business were run like this one, there would be a whole lot more happy customers in the world. My first phone call was with Sarah Pullen, the estimator who set up an emotionally and physically complicated pack and ship - (involving art and papers) - where I wasn't going to be present. Nick Pagerie in Chicopee kindly and patiently listened to the complicated story behind this move. Then, on the day of the move there were big changes…
