I moved from Michigan to Israel. I picked an Israeli broker who uses Palmer. I contracted them to pack my kitchen. I thought that I'd done all the necessary packing of other stuff, but there are so many odds and ends that one easily overlooks. The guys from Palmer were amazing in essentially sweeping up after me. I don't know if the service was typical but for me, it was extraordinary. I couldn't be happier.

Our second move with Palmer and our driver Jeff! The best of the best! Outstanding Customer and service attention to detail! Moved us during an ice storm, Had to shift dates off and on and they still safely made it happen! Thanks again for everything!

It was by far the worst moving experience I have ever had and I have moved a lot! The three men that came did not clear a single room completely. They left random things and had to ask about things like whether rugs were going. The lead man acted annoyed when there was still more to load. At the next house, they piled randomly which is partly understandable but again the lead man lied to my face and said I asked him to leave things where I clearly did not. He just would not accept responsibility. It was an unmitigated disaster. I bought the crew lunch and intended on tipping but did not. I had…

Received packing and moving services for moving ~1200 miles away. Very nice and professional movers who took great care with our belongings. Arrived at the pre-arranged times for pickup and delivery, and worked efficiently while still being careful with our items. Would use again if the need arises!
