They wrapped all of my large furniture, carefully disassembled and reassembled everything, and made sure my belongings arrived safely. They told me a few days later they contacted you and said your communication and coordiantors were fantastic. Everything was clear and professionally handled. Today you moved them. We were referred to Morse Moving & Storage by our realtor. Chris from Morse came to our home to quote our move. He showed us a binder with pictures of how our items would be protected & wrapped with cloths, disassembled if needed, how our floors would be protected with covering etc. None of that actually was done. They were unprofessional. They did NOT take care of our items as we were shown they would- many items were damaged.
