The service was great! The young men were friendly, flexible and even allowed me more time to reschedule around my obligations. They took care of wrapping all fragile items and the tv. They are culturally sensitive and respectful. They communicated perfectly at every step of the way! I would highly recommend them! Their prices are priced affordably if you’re on a budget and they will work with you. This is family owned and local southeast Michigan and beyond! Thank Ammar and Hussein for the great and professional service!

Horrible service. Scratched up our walls in a rental home, broke some of our furniture, and lost the rest. When we asked them to refund us for the expensive fine wood bed frame they lost pieces for, they claimed they didn’t have the pieces and then admitted they did but lost them. They refused to pay us for the bed frame even though their contract says they will do 60 cents for every dollar. Additionally, they claimed the service would only take 4-5 hours, and then after we signed paperwork it took them at least 15 hours. Great experience from start to finish. The team was professional, on time, and handled everything with care. They made the whole move quick and stress-free. I called them last minute after another company canceled on me, and Twins Movers were able to squeeze me in and somehow were $150 cheaper. Highly recommend! What really stood out to me was their attitude they were respectful, friendly, and made what could’ve been a stressful move feel smooth and easy. I can tell you one thing about Twin mover’s and it’s that they do not play around. They move fast and they are very polite. We moved my whole house in 3 hours!!! That’s pretty damn good 😊 i’ll be back when i move again !
