I really enjoyed driving the new RAM and was pleasantly surprised at being assigned a new van. The process (whether self check-in or in the office during business hours) is super easy by using the U-Haul app. All the information is stored in the app, which requires a smart phone. The reservation is ready anytime you need it and with quick turnaround time if you need a truck or van to move furniture in a hurry. Thank you.

Theresa was fantastic. I was trying to make somebody else's day and she made mine in the process. She went above and beyond for me when I told her my situation. She is a great asset to that location and I will be doing business with her again soon.

The rental process was straightforward and the staff were friendly and helpful, which made things a lot easier. However, the truck I received was a bit older and had some wear and tear, which made me a little concerned during my drive. Overall, it was a decent experience, but I think they could improve on their vehicle maintenance.

I'm extremely disappointed with my experience using U-Haul's U-Box service. My scheduled pickup/delivery was delayed without sufficient communication or an updated timeline. This created a major disruption during a critical move. I’ve tried reaching out for answers and resolution, but the responses have been slow and unhelpful. For a company that advertises reliability, this has been anything but. I expected better service and accountability. I hope U-Haul takes this feedback seriously.

Just tried to make a purchase. 10/21/24 5200 Auto Club Drive Dearborn MI. Sales associate super duper rude. Some merchandise was labeled a way on the floor. She was not willing to honor the advertised price. She claimed to be a manager, and if so, the company needs to do better. That location lost a customer. I'm debating if I'll remain a customer over all.
