  My experience with Bellhop was easy! My local contractor was Balance Detroit Moving Company. The crew was well experienced, professional and knowledgeable. They exceeded my expectations for the entire move! I didn’t have everything boxed and needed additional supplies, all of which the Detroit Moving Company provided. I was pleased with their customer service & will use them again. Thanks.

  Bellhops did my move on Dec. 2nd. Michael and Austin were my movers and they did an excellent job from start to finish! Very professional and personable! They arrived on time, shrinkwrapped everything for storage and were in and out in under 3 hours! They went above and beyond and I am so happy with the service! I asked if they could come back and help me move into my new apartment in the spring. They said yes and I am looking forward to it! I have some pretty bad experiences with movers and now my faith is restored and nothing was lost or broken in the process! See how neat and organized they…

  I am very disappointed with the treatment and damage to my property. I have moved 5 other times with this same mattress with other companies and never had this happen to my mattress. Other companies have used protective material and/or blankets to keep the mattress clean. The movers ran out of covers which I do not understand. You should have more than enough covers. I asked them to cover and protect the mattress and not drag it across the dirty floor. They did it anyway. I explained to them that they had been tracking dirt on the hardwood floors so I expected them not to drag the mattress…

  After booking, Bellhops wasn't able to find a crew, so they needed to move my immovable move date to 2 days later. I was left scrambling with less than 48 hours until I needed to move. Nothing quite like the panic and stress of needing to find a company that could provide 6 men and 2 trucks that fast. Luckily, I found a much more reputable company that isn't trying to make a huge profit just for coordinating movers on your behalf. Find a nice local company yourself. I got a great mover for 40% cheaper! Yes. Nearly half the price. They're gouging you.
