  Late Arrival, Broken Items, No Follow-Up — Beware. My move (10/22/2025) with this company was a complete disappointment. I was quoted four movers, but the experience quickly turned chaotic. Three movers arrived late to the first stop, and I was later told the other two had gone to the wrong location before eventually showing up at the second stop. The crew was careless with my belongings, and two large acrylic tabletop display signs were broken in the exact same spot due to mishandling.   Listen when I tell you everyone from the customer service to the movers I was super impressed. The weather was only a issue for itself because they came out and did what God told them to do ! I’m forever grateful for them and their work .i wasn’t disappointed at all. Fast and quick and neat thanks.

  I don't normally ever do reviews on anything positive or negative but this time I absolutely had to the level of professionalism on top of how helpful and the pure genuine patience they had with us was nothing less than amazing they made a really rough difficult situation so much easier on us we were in a 3 level 4 bedroom condo with an attached garage and basement full of stuff as well and they arrived on time not a second late and had the entire house loaded and unloaded all in about an hour and a half and thats including the travel time from downtown Detroit to Taylor Michigan God blessed…

  Tep's Crew made my day. It was amazing how hard they worked even in the cold, even so late in the evening. I would recommend this crew to anyone who needs to move. I am forever grateful!
