Overall it was pretty good. Definitely affordable! I had no issues with my unit other than mice (it happens i’m not too worried about that). Although other units didn’t seem to be cleaned out once previous tenants left, one next to mine smelled like pee and was an absolute mess. I ended up moving units though.

Have been a customer here for a number of years and can honestly say 3 years ago, I would’ve left a pretty decent review. As soon as they removed on site staff, the facility has hit an all time low. We pay a premium to have a unit on the drive line and many time have been unable to gain entry to the facility due to someone having driven into the exterior door. We have always overlooked this due to issues being fixed fairly timely…. ie within a couple of months… which is still an uncommonly distasteful amount of time. This place is a joke. The premium we pay is to have the ability to drive through the building to have access with a vehicle and trailer. The garage door has been broken for over a year, nobody is ever at the desk, the bathrooms are out of service and are unsanitary. Do not waste your money. Lets see what kind of "apology" response we get from HR on here. Its almost laughable how much of a joke this is.

My storage unit was great! Feels great in Summer but super cold in the Winter. Restrooms are a hit or miss. I love that cameras are everywhere as well as associates watching for safety and codes to enter the building!

Very bad place to use as a place to store your belongings constant break ins and place is always disgusting
