Demetrius helped me at this location and he was kind, professional and very accomidating. He was truly a Godsend in my very stressful situation and I really appreciated his effort in helping me. He also diffused another heated situation that was going on with another customer who was angry and made everyone feel safe. Quite the multi-tasker! He should be recognized!

Counter person was on his cell phone the entire time he was helping us, didn't stop his phone conversation to tell his colleague which trailer we were picking up. Very disconcerting and unprofessional. Also absolutely REEKED of smoke. Had to breathe through my mouth while standing at the counter and waiting.

Very friendly and informative staff. The two that helped me checkout my rental truck were outstanding and throughly explained the charges and how to return the rental truck. They didn’t rush me like the 800 # representative did. Based on the staff at the time of this rental and the young man that I returned my key to (who was nice as well), I would definitely refer others to that particular Uhaul location. I have used this location before and I had a very good experience on that occasion as well.

The two gentlemen who assisted me were courteous, professional, friendly, and fun. In a city like Flint Michigan that's a refreshing thing to experience when doing business.
