  Big Lake Movers did an absolutely phenomenal job with my move from East GR to West GR. They were very communicative, punctual, and even flexible with last minute weather issues and illness. I was very impressed with the candor and speediness of their team! They had my 1 bedroom apartment moved and unloaded into my new 3 BR house in less than 2 hours. My first time using movers, and definitely will be calling them again when I move next! Thank you 😊

  I was super pleased with my experience with Big Lake movers. My movers were Paul and Sean and they did a great job. They were very patient with me giving instructions on certain things and were more than happy to let me help where I could. They were easy to talk to and very polite and professional. I would definitely recommend them and will likely have them help us on our next move.

  Mach, Nate, and the entire team were amazing from start to finish! They were professional, efficient, and handled everything with great care. The communication was excellent throughout the process, and they made what could have been a stressful move feel completely seamless.   Awful! Movers we’re careless with my furniture and items, careless with my time and unprofessional. They arrived unprepared with no carts or tools. They made comments about my concern, I’m “like most women, just worried about my stuff”. Furniture, mattresses and wall hangings were not even wrapped. Items were dropped, dented, scratched and completely broken. There was no inventory sheet or anything to sign, either. When delivering, they arrived at the new place BEFORE me, drove on every part my lawn next to the driveway, creating HUGE dips in the lawn. Owner, who seemed nice enough, promised…
