  This is an honest review from someone who has used Two Men and a Truck 7 times over the last 20 years in the Grand Rapids area. Previously, all our moves were local and never had any issues. However this last move was to Northern IN. We decided to let them do some of the packing-mostly the kitchen. Big mistake! It is not their strong suit. One of the 2 packers was new and not trained. He had no idea what he was doing. Items were over wrapped and boxes not labeled with any detail. Was a nightmare to unpack. We paid $149/hr plus supplies for 8 hours just to pack the kitchen.   We had a phenomenal experience with our moving crew (Trenton, Jaharie, Nolan, Zabrion and Angelica)! My family had a very large move, and the crew was incredibly careful, professional, and easy to work with. They had great energy and every single member worked very hard for the whole move. Would definitely recommend to friends or family.

  Final update on my experience with Two Men and a Truck: After their crew damaged my furniture during the move, I spoke directly with General Manager Katie Witte. I was led to believe there would be accountability and a reasonable resolution. Instead, I was pressured to complete payment first—and once they had it, the tone completely changed. I am now left covering 100% of the damage they caused. Their idea of a “solution”? Offering to pick up my $3,500 oak table—the one they ruined—and take it to the dump.   RJ and Damien were quick but careful, all items arrived intact. They were courteous and went out of their way to make sure everything was in place for us before they left us. We even "inherited" a moving pad that had protected a framed picture packed inside a larger box. We noticed that several other couples had chosen Two Men to move into our new development.

  Reddeck, Mike, and Ryan did a fantastic job moving our stuff into our new home! They were efficient and they were physically impressive moving all that furniture around, too! To be honest it made my mother-in-law swoon a little and needed to take a second to recover. There was no hospital visit, but the frozen bag of peas helped her cool down. These guys don’t mess around. 5 stars.
