I’ve had my RV stored here for almost 6 months, I think. But in December and then again in January and February I got automated calls saying that my payment was overdue. I am on auto pay and it had not been a problem before. When I called them in December, they said they would fix it. Now, in February, they are still telling me the same thing. I spoke with Savannah today and she told me that They are having an issue with the system. They took the time to explain all the options, answered all my questions with patience, and made the entire rental process quick and easy. The staff was very friendly, fun and accommodating. I could not have asked for better staff. I would definitely recommend this storage site. The manager and Nicole truly deserves a pay raise!!!!!
