  Update—still no resolution. Company is refusing to release my property that according to the owner, Joe Nelson, was never put in storage, although monthly storage of $1,000 was consistently paid. Now the owner is making threats. I can post the text messages if anyone is interested. Joe and Top Notch have fully breached their contract with me and have now taken my property hostage. Never have I dealt with such disreputable people. They get the “SHAME ON YOU AWARD” for 2025! Top Notch did a wonderful job packing up my home goods. From there, things went downhill.   If you're looking for a moving company STOP! DON'T LOOK NO MORE! Top Notch Moving Solutions is the BEST They handled funiture with care showed up on time, very professional, saved me time and pain by packing my items, unpacking and assembling my furniture. The staff and owner was courteous and pricing was phenomenal and well worth every penny.   Top Notch Moving is top notch! They just finished a job at our home where we needed heavy/bulky pieces of furniture moved from our top floor into our garage. I received a confirmation call this morning and the three gentlemen arrived right on time. They were pleasant and polite and after a quick review of the job and paperwork, they got right to work. They were so careful with all of our furniture and our hardwood floors and were very knowledgeable, inspecting each piece prior to moving it.   Last week, had an over size king bedroom set moved . Jermain and Keith lived up to the company name. They were on time (even a little early), polite, cautious with furniture. Great job. I would use Top Notch again

  Iv used professional movers 4 times in my life & fortunate to hv great experiences with all! So once that happens Ur hooked! All hv slightly different services or perks bt a safe move without damage is the goal. The 2nd time we've used TOP NOTCH & we were pleased & highly recommend! They work HARD fast & were Prompt each time!!! Courteous, Helpful! The 1st time impression we had a crew of 3 I think, we ask for 4 thz time just more balanced, u pay a lil more bt its worth it.
