  What stands out with this place is the customer service. You may not think customer service matters with storage but it is night and day between this place and others. Here you're treated like a human. If they can help with something, they will. Angela at the front desk is like her name says, an Angel. Not only is the facility nice, but there is a world of difference in customer service between EZ storage and the competitors in the neighborhood -- they know your name, your unit number, try to make everything easy, and take pride in their work.   Had my unit for several years. Was very happy with them storing my possessions!!! Never had one issue and management was great. Would highly recommend!!!

  This had to have been one of the worst storage facilities I have ever entrusted in my whole life! I told them and made them fully aware upon even choosing this facilitythat everything would be safe and I needed reassurance that all of my belongings would be stored safely securely and that I would have no issues. A week into my lease I received a letter in the mail after asking them not to mail me anyting stating that my lock was not properly locked. I'm 100% positive that I locked it securelyand I was also informed that they could not pull up video footage or surveillance???? So now that my st…
