  I would give PODS less than 1 star if I could. I purchased a storage unit through StorageTreasures about 2 weeks ago and had the entire unit cleaned out within the required time frame. The unit was left spotless. I was required to put down a $350 cleaning deposit and was told it would be refunded within 2–3 business days. It has now been over 2 weeks, and I still have not received my refund. I have spent over 5 hours on the phone with PODS auction support going back and forth with no real answer.   We had such a positive experience with PODS! Our basement flooded and we were in need of storage quickly.. we reached out and they were able to deliver in the time frame we needed. Renting month to month was extremely beneficial and easy too. Antoine G made pickup super quick and easy for us to proceed with our day! I highly recommend using PODS for all your storage needs.

  The pod pick-up was very professionally done by Antoine G. He was very personable and very knowledgeable. It's refreshing to see there are still people who take their jobs seriously and provide their best when accomplishing what needs to be done.   Pods saved my move! They were fast with the drop off and transfer. Every driver had the skills! Antoine Gully gets the shout out because he gave me the QR code. And the fact that I could take my time to unload? Amazing! Cheaper than a storage unit, and it was just outside my front door. And the gimble mechanism is fun to watch, too. Thank you, PODS!

  Frank was very helpful in the delivery of our POD. He knew how to place it for easy access which really helped out for us to unload.
