  Recently had the pleasure of working with Kaleb Elekonich at your Westland location. Not only was he a total Expert of the inner workings of the Company and the systems that are in place but he is also just a great guy to chat with. Really made me feel at Home and well taken care of! I made a move to a smaller unit while I was there and offered up some GREAT ideas along the way! I'd hang onto that guy, he's a Keeper..!! Best, Gordon Hammond

  After searching for the right storage unit for days, I chose Devon Self Storage on Ford Road in Westland. The customer service is excellent and their prices are the best I've found among many. I'm glad I took my time and found them.

  Great discount price. Little confusion between 800 person and actual in store sign-in. Hard when only one person is in the office and they need to be away at a unit. Other companies have 2 people in the office. It was very warm in the office. I felt bad for the staff and it's just spring. The unit could use a hose down but we'll make due. On the other hand, the staff person, Deviann, was super accommodating, patient, polite, kind and pleasant. We walked thru everything and she made sure my company's name was on our unit. Seriously, if she had not been welcoming, I would have left.

  These people were amazing. Best customer service, always so accommodating. They worked with me and I was out of state. Always polite and kind and that goes so far with me especially now days.
