  A very good place people are always friendly people. They are always willing to help you. I would give them a 10 stars. If there was a 10 stars to give they were very willing to help get you out the door to get you moving you couldn’t ask for a better place. I would recommend these people to anybody. The Equipment was in good shape and they helped me get it unhooked and re-hooked when I got back so I’m pretty happy with their services.

  HUGE Shout out to Paige W.. Daughters cross country reservation got reassigned and she was to pick up auto trailer, but no one had it so uhaul "upgraded" to toy hauler and said to pick up here. We saw it didn't come with straps, so called that location. The minute Paige her what car she had and he trip she took over. Found a auto trailer and drive to ann arbor to get it. The aut trailer is a wonderful trailer for a car, easy to load and use. No need to find straps or other tie downs. Can't thank her enough for going above and beyond.

  Extremely Disappointing Experience – Overcharged, Ignored, and Misinformed I recently rented a U-Haul truck on July 30, 2025, and this was by far the worst customer service experience I’ve had with any rental company. First, I selected a $15 protection plan, but was instead charged $30 without explanation. I also paid $7 for a dolly that was never in the truck to begin with. I attempted to call customer service multiple times to report the missing equipment and correct the protection plan, but no one answered — not once.   Just wanted to write a nice review I had a bad experience turned good. I explained to the manager what was going on my previous time I was there and she helped my out. Thanks for helping me get my propane filled. Will definitely come back. You have to remember to be patient these days with companies being short on staff and having less qualified people makes it tough but there are still some good people out there.
