  I used the Gentle Transition service 10 years ago for a major move and downsizing. That was wonderful! I called them recently. They are now part of WellRiv - strange name that doesn't indicate what they do. However, I wanted them to assist me not to move, but for new carpet installation. Jill and Sunnie were the project managers. They came with a crew of 6. They used a few boxes and with 6 large wheeled carts with shelves.   We are in our early 80's and just benefited immensely from the services of WellRive. Every aspect of our move was handled with care, compassion, and competence at the highest level. Our move manager, Amber, was simply outstanding in every respect. She gave us a level of confidence that we were lacking before meeting her. She handled everything brilliantly, and with concern for our satisfaction at every step of the process.   Rashaun did an excelent job of facilitating our move from our house of 53 years to a smaller senior housing aparatment. She was very organized, understanding, patient and easy to work with. Her team took what was a heavy load of decisions, packing, moving and unpacking from our shoulders and made the process that we dreaded so much easier. I will definately use WellRive again if we need to move. Thank you.

  WellRive is a competent, caring, smart group of movers. We had excellent planning help from Rashaun and Erica. On-site, Kaleigh and Erica provided guidance and efficiency. The packing and moving crews were careful, good-natured, and well-paced. They allowed time for deliberation but not too much time!

  WellRive recently did a move for my parents (in their late 80's) Wow! I exceeded ALL expectations. Their team helped them downsize before the move; they packed everything (very carefully!), moved it to their new place and then unpacked it so that it was not just 'livable' from the very first night, but felt like 'HOME' to my parents. Great Job to their team, particularly Sunnie, Polly and Kelly!
