  I had an excellent experience with this storage location, and I want to give a special shout-out to Kristy. She was incredibly helpful from the moment I arrived—professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable. She made the entire process smooth and stress-free, explained everything clearly, and made sure I got exactly the space I needed. The facility itself is clean, secure, and well-maintained, but Kristy’s customer service really sets it apart. Highly recommend this place, and if you go, make sure to ask for Kristy—she truly goes above and beyond!

  I absolutely love this storage space! Kristy is the most educational person about ExtraSpace! The walk through and information you get is very useful! I would rent a space here all the time! Spaces are very clean and spacious, even the small spaces to rent! Very easy to get into and hours are long!

  I don’t normally do reviews, but I gotta give a shout out to the Brooklyn Park extra storage space Christie she was great. She was able to articulate her job well while helping me and I was actually all over the place. She was easy to work with professional, while beingdown to earth and she knew her job very well so I would recommend to go there. Give me Christie.

  Great and easy rental experience! Kristy was very helpful and the process was smooth. Place seems clean and secure and plenty of unit sizes to choose from.

  I have been using this storage for my business and I can't say enough about this place. Indoor, climate control, drive in garage.. super comfy. The store manager Kristy is literally the best! Helps me out every time with updates to my account and I really appreciate it. Highly recommend
