  We hired Piepho to pack & move from one apartment to another, 1.5 miles apart. 3 men arrived at 9am. We stayed out of their way as they made trips from the 2nd floor apartment to the truck. At 3pm, they drove away unannounced. They left some drawers & cabinets unemptied. The window AC, microwave, crock pot, air fryer, food items & miscellaneous things weren't moved. Janet, the move coordinator, blamed us for not doing a walk through. The crew left without informing us. Perhaps we should have chased them to come back. We've used Piepho twice in 2 years.   We needed to make a move in a very short time. Piepho came to review our home, helped us plan what to do to prepare for their team on moving day and then made it happen. Great guys who loaded and unloaded, took great care of our possessions, and placed all those boxes and furniture where we needed them. All done at a very reasonable cost - in fact they had the best quote. Make the best moving decision you could possibly make - call Piepho!

  Reliable MN moving company. Highly recommended. Usually they do local moves, but we hired them to take us to SC. Good communication with Charlie (estimator) and Janet, who was our go-to person on the journey. Reasonable out of state pricing, and found it better locally, than with the “big box” movers. Driver, Noah, was safe and dependable. They use local movers to pack and unload, and were friendly and hardworking fellows.

  A perfect experience for us. Everything arrived in good condition. Driver Alex arrived early in our delivery window. His unloader helpers were polite, accommodating, and very professional. And a much needed third party helper was excellent. We could not have imagine how stress free our experience would be. The whole team, including the office staff deserve a well earned "atta boy".

  We used Piepho for a move in Minneapolis and they were fantastic! From their initial visit to quote, through the move and continued storage rental, my family couldn’t be more impressed with their professionalism. Staff are knowledgable and communicative. We highly recommend Piepho!
