  I had an excellent experience with this storage facility in Maple Grove. The front desk staff were incredibly accommodating, friendly, and helpful throughout the entire process. The facility is very clean, well-maintained, and feels secure. Setting up my account was quick, easy, and completely hassle-free. I truly appreciate the outstanding customer service and would highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for a convenient and professional storage solution.

  Cassandra was wonderful to work with and I hear Miss Debbra is also fabulous. I am 63 years old and have never stored anything, and I'm gonna store my whole house because I get to go live in the south for six months or so in a completely furnished beautiful place. I was very nervous about contacting a storage facility because it's so unfamiliar to me. Having spent just 20 or 30 minutes here with Cassandra she answered all my questions and showed me beautifully clean units of different sizes so I can think about which size I need.   If you want a clean storage building to rent with, look at this Maple Grove location. It was worth my drive to get here. Parking is limited, but still has big doors to bring a large Uhaul into. Thanks to the manager Debbie, she's a fire cracker.

  Being from Michigan driving to Minnesota on a 10 hour trip to do real estate in MN & wanting to get a unit to store items into a storage unit, I’ve never had so much difficulty working with somebody in front desk than I did here.
