  Hello I had an horrible experience with flex they quoted me for 3 hours and only did an hour and a half of work i told them my inventory and they came with a small trailer loaded a few items then stopped and made me pay more money before they unloaded my items then left the driver was rude and lazy I only moved around the corner literally 0.2 miles i requested a partial refund and they refused to pay.   I had a very disappointing experience with Primarily Coastal Moving. This was a third-party company that I never directly signed a contract with, yet I was asked to sign documents while my belongings were already halfway loaded onto the truck. Everything was rushed, and nothing was properly explained. I take responsibility for not insisting on reviewing the contract beforehand, but the entire process felt intentionally pressured.   The two guys purveys and duli were great. They were professional, careful, and efficient. I was pleased with their friendliness, and handling of my stuff. The price was good too. Joe Samuel and the movers provided a wonderful moving experience for. I would recommend their service to others.

  Updating my review from February 1st: I am updating my previous review regarding a move in Chaska on February 1st. My initial experience was very poor—the crew left after only 80 minutes, despite a 3-hour booking, leaving us to hire a second company to finish the job. However, the **new owner** reached out to us personally today to take full responsibility.
