  Staff was very helpful, informative, respectful, easy to talk to, great energy. Very clean facility. Easy and accessible facility and location, right off the highways and close to home. I have rented at many storage facilities over the years for decades. And this facility in Plymouth is hands down the best I have encountered. Prices are better than other storages Ive been with

  I was helped by Walker and he was on it! Fixed a very minor issue in my locker. I certainly appreciated him asking to take a Quick Look and how fast he was able to resolve it for me! He’s passionate about delivering value and quality! Love being a part of extra space storage family!! They know how to take care of you when you are pleasant! Two thumbs 👍 up!! Thank you 🙏

  Walker was outstanding and delivered excellent service. He provided me options for my needs and ensured I had the opportunity to review what made the most sense for our needs. The facility is kept in pristine condition. I highly recommend Extra Space Storage. You won’t be disappointed!

  Very Impressive. I haven’t used a storage facility in 20 years. They have come s long way. I love the heated drive in. The building is maintained incredibly well. The staff very helpfull and polite. And no I’m not being paid for my comments. I can find alot to complain about in todays world. But this place stands out as a pleasant business interaction when so many leave a sour taste. Highly recommend!

  Love this place! Echo what all other positive reviews have mentioned so no need to add to that. Found the setup and registration process to be very well handled from the locker reservation to the final account setup. Special kudos to Shawn who did a great job providing a comprehensive review of available units and overall facility management. I am especially appreciative of the locker access. Sunday access had been an issue at the prior facility I was at but with Extra Space, not an issue. Office is closed by facility is accessible. Love it!
