  Easy pickup. Great truck. Horrible drop off. No one to help at 11:30 AM on Sat 4/11/26. 4 people in line to drop off equipment. No one helping any of us. Finally did drop off through app and without a person. Instructions were clear but the referenced areas and photos did not exist for this site. Still had to wait for someone to find where to drop off keys. Two signs point opposite directions. App photo doesn't exist. HORRIBLE. 35 min to drop off and document it myself through the app ... then wait for service to finish it.

  Mark was great!!!!! I picked up a 12 foot trailer and Mark was awesome. I had not towed anything in so longe I had forgotten where my receiver and cable were, but Mark found them for me. The best part of all, he realized my hitch was too low to the ground and went back to the shop to switch the bulb to the top side so it would ride higher. Can't recommend enough. Mark and other employees are always friendly.

  Service staff were excellent! Check in and out process could not have been better. Staff were very busy and kept everything moving. I remember leaving thinking that this facility was under excellent management and staffed with a great team!

  I like the cargo vans and have rented one several times. They've always been clean, easy to drive, reasonably priced, and perfect for the jobs I've had to do. The folks at the Plymouth, MN location are very good to work with.

  Just wanted to give a shout out to the 2 guys working the counter on the Sunday before Memorial Day. I was cycling the Luce Line trail when I had a issue with a bracket breaking and a falling wire clipping a tire. This was the only place close. I stopped in to buy some duct tape. When I got to the counter, instead of just letting me buy the tape, they asked what was going on, then let me use their stock tape and scissors. Great dudes, and excellent customer service.
